By accessing, using any functionality on this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a purchase from us, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms of Sale and should be read together with them.
1. Invitation to do business
All information, prices, product listings, images, specifications and availability on this website should be treated as an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase. We remain entitled to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order without giving reasons, subject to applicable law.
A purchase contract is concluded only once we accept the order and payment has been appropriately received or confirmed.
2. Quotes, invoices and pricing
Quotes and invoices must be read together with these Terms of Sale. Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is accepted.
Obvious pricing errors, incorrect specifications, or accidental publication mistakes may result in a quote, invoice, or order being corrected or cancelled.
3. Stock availability
Stock availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed. Due to the nature of supplier-driven electronics retail, stock may change without notice and may be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Stock is not reserved until we expressly confirm the orderand, where applicable, payment is matched and accepted.
If stock is unavailable after payment, we may offer:
- an alternative product
- store credit
- a refund to the original payer, subject to verification and approval
4. Special order and supplier-request products
Some items may be special-order, order-on-request, or sourced specifically for a customer. Such products may not be returnable or refundable once ordered from the supplier, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Prices for special-order items may change before final supplier confirmation. If a supplier price changes before fulfilment, we may notify you of the revised price and offer you the choice to proceed or cancel where appropriate.
5. Payment terms
We accept payment by:
- EFT / bank transfer
- card payments through a secure third-party payment gateway
All payments are generally in advance unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Card payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Their terms and conditions apply in addition to ours.
For EFT orders, payment must be received within the time stated on the invoice or order communication. Orders not paid in time may be cancelled.
6. Payment verification and fraud prevention
We reserve the right to delay or withhold order confirmation, collection release, or refund processing until payment has been properly verified. We may request reasonable proof of identity, proof of payment, or other verification information in order to protect both the customer and the business against fraud.
7. Collection only
This store operates on a collection-only basis unless we expressly confirm another arrangement in writing. No delivery is included through the standard website checkout process.
Orders may only be collected once payment has been confirmed and you have received notification that the order is ready.
Valid identification, proof of order number and proof of payment may be required on collection. Risk in the goods passes to the customer or the customer’s authorised representative once the goods are collected.
8. Suitability of goods
The suitability of goods for your intended purpose remains your responsibility unless we expressly confirm suitability in writing. Please check product compatibility, technical requirements, fitment, licensing requirements and intended use before purchasing.
9. Product descriptions, images and specifications
Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for general guidance and may differ from supplier updates, packaging changes, or revision-level changes. Manufacturers and suppliers may alter specifications without notice.
10. Warranties
Warranties, where applicable, are generally covered by the relevant manufacturer, distributor, or supplier and may differ from international warranty terms. The supplier or manufacturer warranty process may override informal expectations unless otherwise required by law.
Warranty exclusions commonly include, but are not limited to:
- physical damage
- liquid damage
- burnt components
- lightning or surge damage
- misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- tampering, unauthorised repair, or serial number removal
- damage caused by improper installation or incorrect use
Software, consumables, license keys and similar items may have limited or no warranty unless expressly stated.
11. Dead on arrival (DOA) and defects
If a product appears defective on collection or shortly thereafter, notify us as soon as possible. A replacement, repair, credit, or refund may depend on inspection, supplier confirmationand the relevant warranty process.
We reserve the right to test returned goods and to refer warranty claims to suppliers or manufacturers where appropriate.
12. Returns and credits
Returns, credits and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. We may refuse a return where goods have been opened, used, activated, installed, damaged, altered, or returned without correct packaging.
13. Open-box, promotional and discounted items
Open-box, promotional, bundled, or discounted products may be subject to different conditions, limited availability, and reduced warranty periods where stated. Such items may be non-returnable or may qualify only for credit, subject to their condition and our other policies.
14. No trial basis
Goods are not sold on a trial basis unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. Errors and omissions
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, inadvertent errors may occur in pricing, specifications, descriptions, availability, or other website information. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to cancel or amend related quotes, invoices, or orders where appropriate.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
Our maximum liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.
17. Reservation of ownership
Where permitted by law, ownership in goods remains with us until payment has been fully receivedand cleared.
18. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time by publishing the revised version on the website. Continued use of the website or continued dealings with us after publication will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is found unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in Namibia unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
